The Mill Rythe Office team:

We are here to help and are happy to deal with any questions or concerns you may have. If we do not know the answer, we will find out and get back to you!

The majority of our new children join the school in September, although we do admit children throughout the year.

If you are a prospective parent and would like to visit the school, please contact the school office and we will make an appointment for you to meet our Headteacher and to take a tour with our Year 6 Ambassadors.  Parents should contact the local authority to find out about our admissions arrangements.  For further details please visit this link.

Change of Details

It is essential that the school has up to date contact details for family members. There are many reasons why we may need to contact you but most importantly in the event of an emergency or a child’s illness it is vital that we can contact parents or carers.

This form is available at the school office or by clicking the button below.

Medicine Consent

There may be occasions when your child may require medicines during the school day. The office team is happy to administer prescribed medicines. Please note that Hampshire County policy precludes us from administering aspirin unless prescribed. nor should children bring any medication (including lotions and creams) into school for self-medication.

Please ensure all medicines come into school via the office with an adult, with the complete packaging (showing dosages and expiry dates).

If your child requires an asthma inhaler in school, you should complete a medical consent form for the office to retain. It is parents’ responsibility to ensure that the inhaler held in school is in date.

Disposal of Medicines

Parents/Carers must also collect unused medicines from the office – these cannot be given to a child to bring home.
